Correctly identifying the cause of damp is essential before undertaking remedial work.

Our surveys involve a detailed assessment of the property, including visible defects, moisture patterns, external elevations, drainage, ventilation and other contributing factors. Where appropriate, we use moisture meters and other diagnostic equipment to help establish the likely source of the problem.

We don’t believe in treating the symptom without understanding the cause.
